The Elmira Aviators are a junior hockey team competing in the North American Hockey League (NAHL), with home games played at the LECOM Event Center in Elmira, New York. We operate this website and our related marketing and communications programs to keep fans, families, boosters, and youth-hockey participants informed about the team.

We will not use your information for purposes materially different from those stated above without providing notice and, where required, obtaining your consent.

If you opt in to SMS communications, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (SMS/MMS) from the Elmira Aviators at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include game-day reminders, ticket on-sale alerts, promotional offers, roster and team news, and Booster Club updates.

Message Frequency:Approximately 4–8 messages per month; frequency may vary around game days, ticket on-sales, and team announcements.

Record Retention: SMS opt-in consent records and related communications are retained for a minimum of four (4) years to comply with TCPA and A2P 10DLC carrier requirements.

SMS opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

When you submit your email address through our website, you may receive marketing emails from the Elmira Aviators, including game announcements, ticket notifications, and promotional offers.

• Website usage data: Retained per Google Analytics default retention settings (26 months unless configured otherwise)

Tickets for Aviators games are processed directly by third-party ticketing and checkout platforms. The Elmira Aviators are not responsible for the data practices of those platforms and encourage you to review their privacy policies before completing a ticket purchase.

Our website and marketing services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Some of our programs — such as youth camps and our hockey academy — involve participants who are minors. Registrations and personal information for a minor must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who provides consent on the minor's behalf.
